Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology services the Brisbane metropolitan area and regional areas extending as far north as Cairns and south to Coffs Harbour and provides a range of cardiac investigation & diagnostic services including Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Holter Monitoring and ECGs.
Sullivan Nicolaides now has exciting opportunities for Scientists and Technicians to work full time shifts in the Main Laboratory and Dissection area of Histopathology at Bowen Hills. Please note there are both full time permanent and full time (maternity relief) positions available.
The main aim of these varied roles is to perform medical laboratory tests to provide advice for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases and other disorders. Duties will include:
A Degree in Science, Applied Science or other relevant qualification is a must. Experience will be highly regarded, but not essential.
The ideal candidates will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as an effective team member. You should also have excellent organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and work accurately and efficiently.
The laboratory operates 24 hours; roles will involve covering a variety of day / evening shifts with the ability to change as required.
