Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology services the Brisbane metropolitan area and regional areas extending as far north as Cairns and south to Coffs Harbour.
About the Opportunity
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology has an exciting opportunity for a flexible and friendly Courier to join their team in Bowen Hills. This is a flexible part-time role, working one week on/one week off for a minimum 37.5 hours per fortnight, plus relief work as required.
Working a rotating Monday to Friday roster, plus some weekend as required, you will be responsible for the transportation of pathology specimens. Some heavy lifting is involved, with transportation of stores to Lismore.
Sullivan Nicolaides is seeking a meticulous and efficient individual, with the ability to both work alone and as part of a team. You'll possess a demonstrable history of reliability and strong customer service skills, and will be able to follow all relevant procedures and protocols, especially relating to patient confidentiality.
In addition, you'll be able to ensure the transport of pathology specimens, stores and medical records in a timely manner. You will need to have held a current driver’s licence for a minimum of 8 years, with no current infringements recorded. Ideally, you will have driven a company car as part of previous employment, and/or will have experience in a diagnostic pathology laboratory.
